VCI Anti-Corrosion Protective Fluids
VCI Brasil offers anti-corrosive protection fluids for the storage and logistics process. Our fluids contain V-active technology, which forms a film with an antioxidant barrier on the metal surface and provides, indisputably, the best-performing anti-corrosive protection on the market.
The advantages of V-active anti-corrosion protective fluids are numerous, such as:
- Up to 90 days of indoor protection against corrosion, free from the presence of acids
- Parts ready for use, eliminating cleaning processes and facilitating logistics, making it more cost-effective and efficient
- Non-hazardous product for transport and storage, according to the international GHS standard and ABNT NBR 14725/2012
- Does not require removal and does not interfere with subsequent processes such as assembly, cleaning, welding, etc.
- Compatible with VCI Active Packaging for protection lasting over two years
- Water-based protective fluid provides better health for employees, a cleaner environment, free from solid residues and toxic gases

By opting for VCI and V-active product technologies from VCI Brazil, the client adopts a preservation culture for their production from start to finish, obtaining an exact measurement of the anti-corrosion protection needed for their business, avoiding waste of any kind.
Starting with operations using MVAqua line fluids, V-active technology provides protection to parts already in the production process, with the formation of a protective anti-corrosion film. No removal is needed for the next stages, optimizing the process and providing at least 30 days of indoor protection, free from the presence of acids. The V-active phase inhibitors have the same organic base as the volatile inhibitors in VCI active packaging, enabling an overlap in the combined use of these technologies in logistics, ensuring unmatched protective efficiency.
