Commercial Policy

The VCI Brazil Commercial Policy aims to safeguard the company’s right, in relation to its clients, to supply products with a variation of 10% more or less in the quantity of the product to be delivered. In the absence of any objection from the client, VCI Brazil considers this practice standard and does not require prior notice to the client.

During the critical analysis of a client’s contract, if the client informs VCI Brazil of their objection to receiving larger or smaller quantities, the responsible party must make a note in the client’s record to avoid any unnecessary dissatisfaction with our company.

This practice applies to both the domestic and international markets, for which VCI Brazil adopts the same sales conditions and procedures, including mandatory critical contract analyses and contract amendments when necessary.
