Water-Based Anti-Corrosion Machining Fluid

V-active® anti-corrosion fluid, recommended for machining processes that generate significant metallic dirt, such as ductile iron. It has greater solvency and dirt separation power, keeping the interior of machines cleaner, with loose chips and no "clumping."

V-active® – innovative technology that uses water as an ally in the protection process and propagation of its active corrosion inhibitor. It acts in both vapor and liquid phases and poses no risk to humans or the environment. Its organic chemical composition remains active when applied to paints, resins, varnishes, process fluids, cellulosic materials, etc.
