Water-Based Anti-Corrosion Machining Fluid

V-active® multi-metal anti-corrosion fluid, with wide-spectrum technology, recommended for machining carbon steel, cast iron, and aluminum. Composed of organic raw materials that prevent solid residues on the metal surface, providing more versatility and high productivity rates. Offers temporary anti-corrosion protection between processes.

V-active® – innovative technology that uses water as an ally in the protection process and propagation of its active corrosion inhibitor. It acts in both vapor and liquid phases and poses no risk to humans or the environment. Its organic chemical composition remains active when applied to paints, resins, varnishes, process fluids, cellulosic materials, etc.
