Water-Based Anti-Corrosion Machining Fluid

V-active® anti-corrosion fluid, recommended for wire drawing and protected wire processes, enhancing productivity and tool life. Provides better surface finish and does not require residue removal for coating stages. Provides temporary anti-corrosion protection to metallic wires.

V-active® – innovative technology that uses water as an ally in the protection process and propagation of its active corrosion inhibitor. It acts in both vapor and liquid phases and poses no risk to humans or the environment. Its organic chemical composition remains active when applied to paints, resins, varnishes, process fluids, cellulosic materials, etc.
