Water-Based Anti-Corrosion Machining Fluid

V-active® anti-corrosion fluid, recommended for more demanding steel drawing and straightening processes. With extremely high lubricity, it provides better detergency, increased productivity, and tool consumption savings. It enhances surface finish quality. No residue removal is required for coating stages. Provides temporary anti-corrosion protection.

V-active® – innovative technology that uses water as an ally in the protection process and propagation of its active corrosion inhibitor. It acts in both vapor and liquid phases and poses no risk to humans or the environment. Its organic chemical composition remains active when applied to paints, resins, varnishes, process fluids, cellulosic materials, etc.
